How far in advance should I book my trip?
For most international trips we recommend three to six months ahead. Popular seasons and complex itineraries fill up fast, but we’ve pulled off last-minute magic too. Reach out and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Do you charge planning fees?
Oquirrh Travel does not charge any planning fees at this time. As our services evolve, we may introduce a transparent flat planning fee in the future, and we will clearly share those details before any work begins.
What destinations do you specialize in?
Local roots, global reach. We know the American West intimately and have deep networks across Europe, Latin America, East Africa, and Southeast Asia. If it’s remote and worth the effort, it’s our kind of place.
Can you help with group travel?
Absolutely. Weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, or a dozen friends chasing the same sunrise. We coordinate the logistics so the group stays together and no one gets stuck reading a map.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my trip?
Life happens. We build flexibility into every booking where we can and know each supplier’s policies cold. When plans shift, you get one call to us instead of a dozen to hotels, airlines, and guides.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We work with trusted providers and will always recommend coverage that fits your trip, from medical evacuation to trip cancellation. We’ll walk you through what actually matters and skip what doesn’t.
